29th Annual Bowl for Kids' Mentoring

The Bowl for Kids’ Mentoring event is the largest fundraising campaign for Community Youth Mentoring, aiming to support children through mentoring programs that addresses intervention, social and emotional support, and confidence building.  Mentoring not only benefits youth and their families but impacts our entire community.

The event will be held on Sunday, April 27th, with a cost of $35.00 per bowler, which includes two hours of bowling, shoe rental, a t-shirt, door prize entry, and access to a dessert/snack bar.  Participants can also collect pledges and donations to compete for prizes.  The top bowlers collecting the most pledges and donations will have a chance to win gift cards and other prizes.  The top three bowlers and top three teams collecting the most pledge donations will be awarded trophies.

Bowler Information and How to Register

1. Gather up a team of 4-6 (friends, family, co-workers, church members, neighbors, etc.) for a team, or come bowl as an  individual.  Register today to reserve your time slot and lane by calling/texting Community Youth Mentoring at 419-975-9629,   or sign up using the following link to bowl:

2. The event will be held Sunday, April 27th, with a donation of $35.00 per bowler, additional donations encouraged and will include a FREE T-SHIRT, two hours of bowling, shoes, door prize entry, and access to a dessert bar/snack bar. We invite all bowling participants to collect pledges and donations to compete for prizes. The top bowlers collecting the most pledges and donations will have a chance to win gift cards and other prizes.  The top three bowlers and top three teams collecting the most pledge donations will be awarded trophies.

3. We now have a family bowling package available for $40.00 for up to four family members, with an additional $10.00 cost per extra children.  All children will receive a door prize, two hours of bowling, shoe rental, adults receive a door prize ticket, and privileges to the snack/dessert bar.  T-shirts will be available for purchase. 

4. All bowlers must register to bowl. Select the time slot in which you would like to bowl: 
12:00 pm-2:00 PM, 1:00 PM-3:00 PM, 2:00 PM-4:00 PM

5. Collect donations from friends, co-workers, acquaintances, and anyone that wants to help “Make All Kids’ Count.”  Donations can now be made online through PayPal and Credit Card. If you chose not to make your donation online,  complete the donation/pledge form included in this packet and bring it with you on April 27th at your designated bowling  time.

6. On Sunday, April 27th, PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES before your scheduled bowling time. Visit the registration table for your lane assignment, door prize ticket, and t-shirt.

7.  Have fun bowling while enjoying music, raffles, snack/dessert bar, and prizes! Bring a team of 4-6 bowlers with you to bowl and each team will receive a large pizza, and pop for your team of bowlers.

8. This year our bowling theme is Kentucky Derby Bowl.  We will be giving away prizes for the best Kentucky Derby Hats, so come in your best hats.  Kids will have an opportunity to make their own hat at a craft table.

**PLEDGES ARE DUE THE DAY YOU BOWL.**

All bowlers must donate/raise $35.00 in pledges which will include a FREE T-Shirt, two hours of bowling, shoes, door prize ticket for a chance to win a door prize, and privileges to a dessert bar/snack bar.  The more pledges you collect and if you a top bowler collecting the most pledges you will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a VISA Gift Card.  We will also be giving 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies to the top three teams and individual bowlers with the highest pledge donations. 

If you do not want to bowl, you can also make a donation and all proceeds will go to our mentoring programs.

Donations can be accepted by check the day of event, PayPal, and by credit card.
